Iowa Central Community College freshman Adva Cohen, representing Israel, set the meet record of 9:52.27 in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase, then anchored a pair of relays for the Tritons at the 109th Drake Relays at Jim Duncan Track. Cohen also improved the Iowa Central from 10th to third in the 4x800 relay with a 2:13.65 split for the Tritons to place third in 9:12.01. She also anchored the Trons from 10th to fourth in the distance medley relay with a 4:51.72 split over the final 1,600 meters to help Iowa Central take fourth in 11:53.89.
